Each edition of the Starlight ranking contains information for a full calendar month.Opoint buys shares in Newspoint July 8, 2013, Paulina Pocheć Newspoint, the former Netsprint brand, is transformed into a company and changes its owner. 100% of the shares in the newly established company will be acquired by Opoint AS, a European leader in the monitoring of traditional media and portals. Newspoint, as the leading social media monitoring company in Poland, will become Opoint's competence center in this area. The president of the newly established company will be Robert Stalmach, the former managing director of the Internet monitoring division and a member of the Netsprint management board. At the same time, Robert Stalmach will join the management board of Opoint.
AS The change is an element of the strategy of organizing the portfolio of Amedia group companies, one of the largest European media groups. Currently, Amedia is the owner of Netsprint and India WhatsApp Number List Opoint. is also to deepen the direct cooperation between Newspoint and Opoint. “The change of owner will contribute to strengthening Newspoint in terms of capital and will facilitate the development of products and services. It will also enable the two companies to join forces in the sale of a full range of media monitoring on foreign markets ,” says Robert Stalmach.
Newspoint will remain closely related to Netsprint through a joint capital group. Both companies will continue to work closely together on the Polish market, e.g. will continue to offer their services as part of the comprehensive "360 Package". Following the changes, Netsprint plans to intensify its efforts to ensure that advertisers effectively increase the number of users and improve the conversion of their websites. Opoint AS and Newspoint have been cooperating since the beginning.
